Create a room, send the link, lock it once everyone's in. Whoever's still in when it's time to settle decides the split - everyone (or 80% of the stakers) has to agree on how it's paid out. Keeping people honest when push comes to shove - all you need is some LTC (MWEB welcome) on hand.
